It was not connecting, but what I did was use a usb-C to wire connect my headset. Mac availability for Turtle Beach Audio Hub is now ready. I just got my headset and was trying to connect it to my Mac for the audio hub. No firmware updates are available for your headset at this time. Always make sure your Turtle Beach Headset is running on the newest.

Ensure that your headset has been updated to the newest firmware via the Audio Hub program for Windows or Mac.

Grab the headset (which should be powered off) hold down the Bluetooth Button, then while continuing to hold that down, power on headset and continue to hold down the Bluetooth button until you hear a double beep. If you have previously downloaded the Audio Hub, simply connect your headset to your computer and run the software. Please download the Audio Hub on PC or Mac to update.
